Certification Courses
Hi friends,
I wish to share my experience with the Online Certification Courses and my Guru's support. To be honest, more than the interest to learn new things in Data Science, mam's guidance and the appreciation made me to explore more.
I completed three courses in the month of June - 2 courses for R and a course for Python the introductory level.

These courses acted as the base for me to explore more and more. The knowledge gained from these platforms acted as a base to complete the great work - NPTEL - Introduction to R Software. We explored more and more about the R software and enjoyed learning from July 24, 2017 and successfully completed the exam on September 24, 2017. On the date of result, really I was surprised to secure 99% and mam was happy to the core more than me.
One of the mistakes I did in exam was,
There was a question asking what's the answer when 2.5 is rounded off? The options were like 2, 3 and two more. Usually when it's 2.4, we round off as 2 and when it's 2.6 we do as 3. But considering 2.5, manually we all do as 3 obviously. But in R, it's 2!!!!! These minute things are really amazing to explore!!
Got the certificate with 99%, Elite as it is 60%+, Gold medal as it is 90%+ and also in the Top 1% with the details to be there in the website forever.
More than me, Vidhya mam enjoyed my success by conveying the same as the inspiration to the juniors and their appreciation boosted me more to achieve more. Then the certificate was given in the Staff assembly by the Vice Chancellor, Registrar and Dean Madam. The day was extremely awesome.
These were the few online courses I completed in the past six months. Friends, in today's fast growing technological world, Data Science is one of the emerging and amazing field for us to explore.
